Founded by Gabriel Danton in 1931, Danton manufactured work clothes: overalls, jackets, trousers, jackets and chef's trousers. In the 70s and 80s, Danton was mainly marketed in Paris.
Due to recent success in the Japanese market, Japanese design has informed and reshaped traditional styles while retaining the spirit of French workwear.
